Complete (Saturday)

Boxing Classes
Box Fitness (Monday & Wednesday)
60 mins of high intensity boxing for fitness, A mixed session of punching bags and bodyweight exercises to deliver a full body workout that will have you fighting fit in just a few sessions. Open to both men and women looking to tone up and increase their fitness.
Advanced Boxing
A boxing session that's focuses on developing boxing skills, through paired drills working attack and defense. These sessions will build your fitness and increase self confidence open to all levels of fitness and ability.
